OPEN GARDEN WEEKEND
24 - 25  June 2023
Picture
This year we will be opening the Ballast Quay garden to the public once more as part of the Greenwich & Bexley Hospice Charity's weekend fundraiser. Last year's event broke all records for visitors and was our most successful ever in raising money for the Greenwich & Bexley Hospice charity from generous donations and the sale of tea, coffee, soft drinks and home-made cakes. Over 800 visitors attended over the two glorious days, enjoying the sun and cloud and the cool breezes blowing in off the river, as well as visiting the excellent exhibition in the Shed of recently published original cartoons by "Banx", pocket cartoonist for the Financial Times.
